Digital Theological Library

GATS has invested in a subscription to the Digital Theological Library, a world class theological library. DTL has over 500,000 ebooks, 150 databases, 22,000 journal titles, 25 million full-text, peer reviewed articles, and 100,000 musical scores. You will receive access instructions during Orientation.

Search for Libraries Nearby

Students should identify libraries in their location (particularly those of faith-based institutions) which offer community cards or collection access. In Oklahoma, FFCU students are able to search and use resources from other university libraries in Oklahoma (with an OK Share card) and across the U.S. (through the ACL Reciprocal Borrowing Program). The librarian can assist you with these options.

Other Online Resources

Students are able to access a large number of full-text articles from academic journals, newspapers, and other sources through EBSCOhost. Students should contact the librarian for the EBSCOhost log-in information and access the tutorials in Populi to learn how to use these databases.

the Destiny library catalog online or by the Destiny Quest Mobile App. Distance education students in the US can check out books that will be mailed for an extended period of time. International students must make special arrangements with the librarian, if needed. Students are responsible to return all books to the library. A student’s Destiny account includes the ability to make lists of books and resources, place books on hold, and reserve books. The library is open weekdays from 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and the librarian is available by phone and by e-mail.
